Weifang Shengrui casting Co., Ltd. was established in Aug. 2003. It is located in Chunyuan Road, Weifang City, with a registered capital of 112.98 million RMB and 380 employees. It is also one of the thousands of key enterprises in China's casting industry.
The company is mainly engaged in high-grade alloy gray cast iron, various grades of nodular cast iron and heat-resistant cast iron, the main products are flywheel, flywheel housing, exhaust pipe, oil sump, gear box, water pump, bracket and other blanks, long-term with Weichai Group, Cummins, John Deere, CNHI, SINOTRUK and other well-known enterprises all over the world to maintain stable relations of cooperation.
Casting plant has two casting bases. The original casting base covers an area of about 108mu and the construction area is about 40000 ㎡. Since 2003, it has invested 300 million RMBto build HWS workshop, Japanese AMF workshop and core-making workshop, with German HWS hydrostatic production line, Japanese AMF box-free production line, hot core line and cold core line. Equipped with the world's advanced casting equipment, such as German HWS molding machine, Japanese AMF molding machine, Denmark sand mixer, British CRESSMAN robot, American Inductotherm melting furnace, etc., with an annual production of 50, 000 tons of castings.
In 2017, in response to the national demand for environmental protection, the company invested 560 million RMBto build a new intelligent casting plant covering an area of 66 mu and a construction area of 72000 ㎡. The project is the first vertical, highly intelligent, low-emission casting plant in China. It is a key green manufacturing project in Shandong Province. The project introduces international highly sophisticated equipment such as Germany, Britain, Denmark and Italy, and implements the 24-hour response mechanism of lean production and orders. under the efficient link of MES, ERP and 45 intelligent robots, the process layout of intelligent core center, fusion center, intelligent control center, intelligent molding center, product processing center, 3D printing center and inspection center is formed. The first phase of the project alreadyinto production in Sep. 2019, and after all is completed, the production capacity of castings will be increased by 75000 tons.
The company successfully passed the ISO9001:2015 quality system certification. A physical and chemical laboratory, a spectral analysis room, a chemical analysis room, a molding sand laboratory, a coordinate measuring room, a X-ray flaw detection room and a tension laboratory have been built. The testing equipment is complete and the inspection methods are advanced, which ensures the quality of the products.
With the goal of "casting a hundred-year-old enterprise foundation and creating tens of thousands of trusted products", the company strives to build the company into a diesel engine parts casting industrial base with multi-category, multi-variety, high-volume, well-equipped technology and strong technical force.
