No. 2 plant is located at the west of Cuishan Street, Anqiu Economic Development Zone. It has five workshops: housing, engine block, camshaft, flywheel, and exhaust pipe . No.2 plant is mainly engaged in the manufacture of medium and heavy diesel engine blocks, camshafts, flywheels, exhaust pipes, flywheel housing, oil sumps, gear boxes and other products.
No.2 plant has actively carried out transformation and upgrading and the conversion of new and old kinetic energy, increased investment in process equipment and intelligent transformation, and built 3 intelligent processing production lines and 7 automatic semi-automatic production lines. It has equipment such as Japanese Mazak horizontal machining center, South Korea DOOSAN horizontal machining center, German SCHOTT grinder, German JUNKER grinder, Japanese RIPPEI camshaft grinder, horizontal all-round CNC lathe and so on. It has an annual production capacity of 450000 camshafts, 450000 flywheels, 900000 exhaust pipes and 350000 housings, with an annual production value of more than 500 million RMB.
No. 2 plant has more than ten years’ experience of R&D, manufacturing, advanced technology, perfect quality management system, has passed the ISO9001:2008 quality system certification and IATF16949 quality system certification.
