1946, founded and named as “Weihai Zhangjiashan Huanhai Iron Factory”

1948, moved the plant from Weihai to Weifang.

1952, named as “Dahua Machinery Factory”.

Aug. 1993, Weifang Textile Machinery Factory was incorporated into Weichai (originated from the Ministry of Iron Engineering of Qunli, which was established in 1948).

May 1994, Weifang Huafeng Machinery Factory was incorporated into Weichai (Weifang Huafeng Machinery Factory, which was established in 1985).

May 1994, Weifang Internal Combustion engine parts General Factory was incorporated into Weichai (originated from Weifang Internal Combustion engine parts General Factory established in 1966).

June 18, 2007, the phase I of Shengrui Anqiu Industrial Park was put into use.

July 31, 2007, Shengrui and Professor Tenberg of Germany signed a project cooperation agreement in Qingdao, and the 8AT project was officially launched.
