Truss automatic line

Test bench equipment
The R & D and manufacture of a number of test bench, such as pump comprehensive performance test-bed, rain test-bed, dust test-bed, reliability test-bed, constant temperature test-bed and so on, have played a vital role in the test capacity construction of diesel engine cooling water pump. The test-bed realizes the functions of data collection, processing, storage, upload and so on, and its accuracy reaches or exceeds the relevant national or industry standards.
Flexible logistics
Magnetic navigation AGV car: AGV system can correspond to a variety of product specifications, achieve intelligent logistics in the workshop, and meet flexible production. AGV hauls the material car to the line edge, and the material car runs with the line, and the material is picked up and assembled manually, so as to improve the production efficiency. Deliver materials on demand, effectively prevent misloading and short-loading, and improve assembly quality.
Airtight machine assembly
The design, development and manufacture of airtight special aircraft can be applied to the air tightness testing of housing products, with the characteristics of automatic clamping and testing, quantitative display of test results, automatic judgment, easy to understand, easy to operate and so on. At the same time, the equipment can add multiple auxiliary functions, such as dynamic detection, torque detection, automatic coding of qualified products, QR code scanning and test results storage.
Robot automatic paint line
Robot automatic electrostatic painting production line is advanced, practical, reliable and safe. The system designs electrostatic spray gun to cooperate with robot to realize automatic painting, which can improve the first pass rate of the product, greatly reduce the cost of paint, increased the utilization rate of paint by 20%, 25%, robot flexible spraying, digital management, easy equipment maintenance and management, and humanized operation. According to the digital intelligent requirements of the factory, the important process energy parameters in the spraying process are stored, collected and transported to MES, which provides an important technical reference for the follow-up production and quality.
